IMS acquires HotResponse business
New York, NY - IMS, the leading supplier of Web-based ad-tracking, reader service, trade-show tracking and other Web services to the magazine industry in North America , announced today that the HotResponse management team and account base will be joining IMS. This will increase the client base of IMS to over 1,000 magazines.

Neil Black will join the IMS Executive Committee with special responsibility for Web product development.
The acquisition, facilitated by Martin S. Walker, of Walker Communications, will take place immediately.
